I really hope you get this on time. I didn't tell you about my visit to Spain with my family for a short vacation, but unfortunately we were robbed at the hotel where we lodged along with other folks. We didn't bring our phones and the hotel telephone lines were disconnected during the incident. So I have access to only emails. Please I'm going to need some sort of loan from you for us to relocate to another hotel close to the embassy and also to get another flight ticket. Those thieves made away with our credit cards as well which is why this can't be resolved instantly.

We have been to the Embassy and the Police here are not helping issues at all and our flight leaves tomorrow..Please, Let me know if you can help us out? I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

I just recieved this email from Roy. Could this be some sort of hacking or would Roy actually have the nerve?

I got the same email from an email account of someone on AZ that said the same thing a few years ago... I would say a definite hack.

People have posted about this before on AZ.
One of the guys at Side Pockets was talking about it happening to him the other day.
I think there was one going around about Don Sherman a couple of years ago, same thing.
You never know however, I got my 15-million from the guy in Nigeria...:smile:

This scam is going around as it variations of it,,,

some *****s are getting ahold of people's address books and sending bogus e-mails claiming to be in some sort of danger and please send money,,,

this was featured on one of the ''inside edition'' type shows recently as well....

Delete them immediately,,,,,,!!
 
I recieved the email. I havent done any business with Roy in 4 years. You kiddin me!
 
I didn't get the email but I feel his ass is stuck there as I know no one that would send him any money...
 
Yep...this one's definitely a scam...

However, I did send all my financial information to Fu Kin Yu (some bank manager apparently) who was somehow holding a couple million dollars for me in an overseas account...that one HAS to be legit!!! :eek: I haven't heard back from him yet though! Hmmmmmm.....
