Hi Guys,
I am an early riser (4:30) and play in a league. Last night I was shooting great for a while. But at some point I ran out of steam. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to keep going way past my bed time.
Oh, I have Diabetes (type 2), and they don't have coffee at the room I play league in (Iknow, it's unbeilevable not to have a coffee maker in a pool room).

		 My bedtime during the week is 9:00-9:30pm so staying at league past that is tough for me.  I do try to take a nap after I get home from work for about an hour or so, and that seems to help.  I also drink only water at league.  The colder the better!  I try not to drink anything with caffeine before bed.
