I too, would very much enjoy being in the company of such a distinguished group of individuals on Friday evening at Sullivan's.
Putting screen names with faces and personalities means as much as the show itself.

Same offer goes for me. As long as ya'll don't mind some of that good country musicChris Byrne said:I will have a rental car so if anyone wants a ride let me know. I will be able to go at around 8:30 or so. It may be a little early to plan rides just yet but the offer is there if I have room. Chris.

I think it will be best if everyone does their own thing with different folks coming at different times. Just my opinion. I've been stuck with the chow hall for the past two years and I tend to "over do it" when I come home to all the great resteraunts and such. During this gathering I know I will order at least twice. She says there's no need pay a deposit...as long as we don't bail out. She's sending me a banquet menu...but I think it'll be easier if everyone just does their own thing as they come and go. Thoughts?

I don't think they will let us casually order. Groups such as this need to be organized and I'm sure they will ask us to preorder from their banquet menu. I also think they will require it to be on one bill with gratuity and tax included. At some point they are gonna ask for a solid number of guests and we will be responsible for paying on that number.Retail1LO said:Library is booked. I suggest we ask for a non refundable deposit of say 25.00 per guest to ensure those who have made reservations are commited. I liked the idea of getting together with fellow AZ'rs and putting a face to an internet friend but to let others who aren't members and active posters participate could create a problem with reservations.
I own and operate a successful steakhouse and can foresee many problems with this idea. www.tillmansvillageinn.com.
