that's the right attitude cueman ... hope everyone will be happy at the end of the day ... and that guy who packed the cue/case should get some training in what to and what not to do when sending a cue
With all the bad deals that has went down on here its good to hear that there are still good ppl left.
Thanks for looking - feel free to share your thoughts if you have something constructive to say about this...
most importantly - don't let anyone else pack your cues/cases/whatever - do it yourself.....its just not worth it in the end IMO.
Unless you are using UPS to ship the cue.
They won't tell you, but most insurance claims filed will be denied unless the packaging appears to be new, and the item was packaged by them.
I learned this the hard way.
Anyone know the Insurance policy for USPS?
FYI - Chris and I have came to a very quick and mutual agreement yesterday and this should be resolved/a done deal very soon.
I would buy from Chris again and I am sure that we both learned something from this situation...glad to hear that he bought some calipers!!!
does anyone know how to get into contact with Chris? or know him and can pass the message for him to get into contact with me...
I have sent several pms and emails to him over the past three weeks - waiting for him to follow thru on our agreement/resolution to this deal we made 6 weeks ago.....I was to have rec'd something in the mail about 3 weeks ago and have not heard from him since.
thank you for any assistance in advance....
