I like all of the wrapless Schon cues. The Mighty Mouse one is my favorite though. I really didn't know that Schon made such nice wrapless cues before you posted them. It changes the way that I look at them now.

Among those Schon cues, I spotted at least 3 Tribute Cues that were the result of Deanoc's special efforts with Evan.......The Mosconi, Hoppe, and Craig Petersen cues and the the cue to the left of the CP cue was another limited edition cue thanks to Dean. If I am not mistaken, it's the last ivory joint cue made by Evan and this one had the most inlays on the design of all the special series cues....something like >100 ivory inlays? There were a really limited number of each of these cues made which makes these particular stand out when I perused the collection.

p.s. The Mt Rushmore cue is a dandy....that is a sweet design.

It makes me feel good when I see what used to
be my cues, making the new owner happy

i know I tend to kid around,
but I am serious about this

That piano cue by paul mottey was and still is
my favorite cue

I loved the Mouse cue too and the Schon tributes

I miss those cues, you have a beautiful collection

Someday I will own a Mottey. Maybe not at the level of that piano cue, but I will have one somehow. I can understand why that is your favorite.

Nothing against the Schon cues.....

Nice assortment of styles in your collection. Some very nice hitters in the group. Thanks for sharing them! Matt D.

Chopdoc......you would love owning a Mottey cue........there was a Mottey cue with bridged veneers that was sold from a dealer website.......Billiard Bill if I am not mistaken.......listed at approx. $3400....dunno what it sold for.....gorgeous cue using a fancy peacock in the ebony points.......gorgeous blue veneers.

I snoozed too long debating over the cue since I am just about to get a new cue with a fancy peacock and blue veneers but it's not a Mottey cue. Paul's piloted ivory joints are just amazing and the balance is wonderful. Anyway, if you get the opportunity to own a Mottey, by all means do so and get on the Mottey Fan Train....the guy was just masterful at making a pool cue.

I bought that Piano cue for a piano concert i was sponsoring
I sold it
bought it back sold it bought it back sold it
to Wil Prout and traded my Triumph mororcycle for it

sold it
and here it is,
tempting me to buy it back

show the case to really create a stir

Oh yeah. 100% for sure. I was stupid not getting one a long time ago. I used to drive by his shop almost every day in the late 80's & early 90's. He tried to buy my Joss. LOL! Same as today, not for sale.

That was a long time ago, and hind-sight is 20/20, but I still kick myself for not having him make me a cue.

Hi Matt, Bill Lister is a great guy but I'm pretty sure it was someone else.

It was on the Custombilliardcue web site. I saw that cue in person and it was gorgeous. I know the lucky guy who got that cue. He ( Scot ) will be posting an even rarer Mottey soon.

You have some beautiful cues for sure. Makes my collection look like dirt compared to yours. I've personally never been a ran of schon because I never liked the hit, but those were probably 100% production ones. The Mottey's are absolutely insane. Thanks for sharing.
