And what I'm saying is you are solving an imaginary problem. Find me one thread about a cue or case deal where the buyer came to the forum to complain or seek help where the sale took place in a For Sale thread without pictures.
The For Sale Forum has problems galore, but this isn't one of them.
I'd like to see all the cues and have all the details, whether I'm interested in buying or not and I have never purchased a cue without seeing it (that I can remember) but that's just my own curiosity and personal preference why make a rule for it? Who are we protecting?
And again. If AZ was interested in legislating for the "protection" of their cue buyers which rule do you think they would institute first?

or
2) satisfaction guarantee

Its fine that you do not perceive this as a problem. Maybe it isn't. I don't know.
I honestly don't see a downside to having a requirement to post a picture of the item that is being sold though. I don't really have a emotional investment on this subject. Just sharing my opinion on the topic. Cheers!
