Just talked to Classic Cue....the counter reports that Carl says Danny is okay.

...not gonna call Danny for a few days till I hear more...
...Danny will just tell me he's he's ready to get in the ring...

Danny D was the first commentator name I learned when I started watching pool. I couldn't and still can't get enough of his stories and words of wisdom during matches. I for one, will always credit him as one of the major reasons I became a pool addict, and for that he will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

Be well, Danny. Can't wait to see you at the next turning stone classic.

Gideon<----I remember being at the DCC last year (?) in line for drinks and Danny arrives at the line 2 seconds after I do - I say "I always give way to hall of famers - you go ahead".
