I actually like "BilliardsAbout" because it sort of half does and half doesn't make sense at the same time and it gets a person's attention.

It would help to know more about the book.
But if you want to sell a lot, make it about light S & M and pool:
Fifty Shades of Intermediate Pool and Billiards.
Or teen wizards:
Harry Potter and the Carbon Fiber Cue.
Or, since you can't copyright titles, "The Holy Bible". I bet he'd sell a lot as novelties, a lot would be sold to people who didn't look inside before paying, and he might start a whole new church, like that Diuretics guy. The sequel could be called "Worshiping at the Green Altar".:grin-angelic:
