I noticed this time when I came back to pool it takes me at least a 30 min. to 45 min. before I'm warmed up to where I'm hiting them with a good fluid stroke and pocketing as good as I can pocket balls. Have any of you noticed this as you have got older? This is not just a question for the over 60 gang on here, guys in their late 40's that were very active in contact sports could start feeling the aches, pains, and tightness already. I play about as much now as I ever did and it use to take me 10-15 min. and I'd be good to gamble. Johnnyt
