He can if he wants.
All games are rack your own with a triangle rack. One ball racks on the spot.
Amen...I agree with your approach.
TAR, bringing it AGAIN!

Very cool.
So.. is the reason they are playing 9 ball because Corey would not play Shane 10 ball?
If that is an OK thing to answer, although it seems like really the only reason they are going to 9 ball for this one.
Would be fun to watch, both the long race in one game, several sets in one game and the all around format have their own pluses and minuses, I am glad there is some switching around happening.
TAR 1 put Grady and Billy in total awe of Shane's ability in 10 Ball, as well as the rest of us that saw that match. I have not seen a performance like that to pull ahead since the first two days of the Color Of Money match where Earl went ahead of Efren by like 20 games due to his break and run ability.
Hey Justin, are you still selling tickets to attend?
Yes. I will get them up on the site this week..
I don't know if Corey would play 10 ball or not as I didn't ask him. I pitched this format and he agreed. My feeling is that the public perception is almost anyone is a big dog to Shane in 10 ball on the TAR table. So I wanted to do something different.
Actually... I think CD will be an underdog in all games. The line will probably be the closest in 8 ball.
Not from what was seen in their last matches. Corey and John looked unsure and restrained. They played constant safeties and seldom ran out. Shane and Dennis ran like they stole something. The two sets were so different it was really like a kid's meal compared to Peter Luger.
I am not saying that Corey can't play at that level, but he hasn't shown it in at least a decade.
There was a whole lot of other stuff going on in that Corey / John match as well. Not disagreeing with what you say but after day 1 that match was a clusterfvck.
I think judging Corey based on that isn't really a true measure.
We'll find out.
Shane will take the 8ball, Cory may have a slight advantage in the 9ball depending on how Shane's breaking, and Shane will take the 1P....but that's just my opinion:thumbup:

I would have to disagree, I think Corey and Shane will be close in the 8 ball with Shane having an edge in the 9 ball, the one pocket also should be close but I give Shane the nod there too. I believe the betting line is -150 with Shane the favorite for this match.

Did you bet on Dennis too, because Shane was an underdog in that match as well....but, what happened in the end?![]()
Go to the action room just before game time and you'll get all the action you want.... Corey will be a huge underdog in the one hole. I agree that he is very creative and has an awsome cueball (BUT) Shane can play some serious 1 pocket.
