TheActionReport.com is proud to present our first Young Guns Action Challenge featuring two of the best young players in the world. 20 year old Justin Bergman of St. Louis, MO., 3 time U.S. Junior National Champion and now a seasoned Action player will take on a fellow U.S. Junior National Champion 18 year old John Morra. John hails from Toronto, Canada and is currently leading the Canadian Nine Ball Tour in points and making waves all over the U.S. in Open events.

These two young Champions are a sign of the bright future ahead for pool in North America and TAR is proud to be able to work with them on this exciting event. The match will be a Race to 100, 10 Ball on a 9' Diamond Pro-Am over the course of 3 days. The set will begin on Friday March 21, when the players will play until one of them reaches 30 wins. They will come back on Saturday March 22 and continue the set until one of them has reached 60 total wins. The match will conclude on Sunday March 23 when one of the players reaches 100 toal victories and wins the prize.

The prize is $20,000. Each player is putting up an entry fee of $10,000 and the winner takes all.

This match will take place in a legendary Action Room, Dan Tull's Shooters in Olathe. Shooters is one of the great American Action rooms and has a long and rich history of champions matching up in head to head matches. Dan Tull is a great supporter of TheActionReport and we are very glad to be going back where it all started.

This match will be available all over the world on TAR's Live Streaming Pay Per View. More information on the Pay Per View pricing and times will be posted soon on the home page at www.theactionreport.com

Nice flyer JCIN. I like how Morra is watching while Justin is shooting.

So far I have:
$250 with Jay H. - I bet Justin gets to 95.

The early line by the experts is that Justin is the definite underdog. 7/5 Morra favorite is what has been set. Anyone interested, please let me know.

I like Justin the dog.

Anyone that is going to be in Olathe for this match, PM me immediately. I will have a present for you.

I will be in olathe for this for sure. Can't wait to see these 2 matched up. Great matchup, thanks again to TAR

Dgarfoot - you say that for every event & then never make it.

the line by others so far is Justin does not get to 95 for even money.

or match line Morra 7/5 favorite.

Feel free to make up your own line.

work sux, and finding the time to make it out to a regular tourny and such is hard to do. I plan on making the tourny at Raders and the action challenge w/justin. A friend of mine has never seen anybody really strong play. Strongest he has seen is Martin Warren. So I'm taking him to both events so he can see some top notch shooters. He told me he dont' see players getting better than martin....i told him to just wait. Martin is good, taking nothing away from him, super nice guy as well. Just players out there that are alot stronger.

I don't normally bet unless I am playing but 5 games going to 100 is not a spot at all. You might as well give 1 game, not much difference

ill take morra for $50, betting that moora wins and justin dont get to 95.

This is a great match-up of two of the best young guns out there and I look forward to watching it live. I had the privilege of seeing these two square off in the finals of the Jr. Nationals three years ago. Justin won, but I was actually even more impressed with Morra at the time. I hope neither misses a ball and it goes hill-hill!

For some reason, I thought Bergman was younger than 20. These kids grow ups so fast............
