Thanks for Making TAR 21 a Great Match

just a thought,,,,,,

how about an invite TAR.

8 selected players, race to 21.

single elimination!!!!!

10,000 entry fee.

WINNER TAKE ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

have the PPV audience poll, on the 8 [only] 8, that will be invited!!!!!

I like it but it seems to be tough enough to get two champions' schedules worked out to do a challenge match, how will 8 be possible?

Great to think about, though.

Best,
Brian kc

I really enjoy the TAR product. This match was top-notch.

Weren't there a bunch of people claiming the tightness of the table would ruin the quality of the pool?

What did those people have to say when freakin Shane ran a freakin 7 pack of 10 ball? I saw it and I still don't believe it.

Thanks so much for that and

NEXT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please

Kevin

Only in the house for Sunday

But when SVB opened with the six pack and audioslave came on with Iam the highway, well it was worth every penny. Nice job TAR.

TAR 22 Dechaine & Hatch
With a little pre-show publicity it could be entertaining.

Now that TAR 21 is over. Any chance of downloading more matches of the US Open One Pocket on You Tube? Im particularly interested in the Danny Diliberto/Cotton match.
Thanks and Congrats on a fine match

The TAR product is by FAR the best pocket billiards product out there. Period. There is no comparison :D
I would love to see Dennis Hatch vs anyone.. I thought he played well against Appleton and I'd like to see if he can do it again.
It would be nice to get him out of the northeast for a bit so someone else can win a Joss Tour stop for once

Thanks again Justin and crew for the best $30 I've ever spent!!

Some of the best entertainment value I've seen

I just gotta say that I really enjoyed this match. The level of play, the production and the commentary were all excellent.

Also, I'm glad bobbycotton got some air time. He can talk about pool like few others can.

Next up? How 'bout an all-round match, playing 10-ball, 1P, 14.1 and banks? Maybe we could get Efren in the studio before he rides off into the sunset. I'm thinking Shane would step up for something like this.

Even though I wouldn't mind seeing that, The one pocket thing probably won't ever happen. As far as Justin is concerned it's just not financially viable, there are too few one pocket enthusiasts out there, and even on here! I mean let's face it, the money made to pay for tar is coming from probably at least 80% "9 ball bangers" who are still saying, "I could do that too if I had easy shots like that every time"! However, the banks could probably happen, that's always exciting and would have everybody on the edge of their chairs the whole time not wanting to miss a crazy bank shot. I would love to see a 10g per man bank fest like Efren vs. Brumbach(spell check). But once again IDK how many people are really going to want to pay to watch something they may not fully understand.
enough 10 ball!!!!

Lets see some one hole

Efren VS Ochoa

Ochoa VS Scott Frost

Efren VS Frost

OR

Banks please!!!

Shane VS Orcolla

I have to disagree, most people that watch TAR are die hards. Not ball bangers. If Efren and Scott played again, I am sure there will be a pretty good turn out to watch.

Agreed. I would love to watch that; it would be hard for Justin to manage time-wise though to avoid a blow-out or a dragged out match.

Yes, most people that watch TAR are die hards, would you also agree that most people who watch TAR are also azbilliards members? If you stop and really look at the numbers, even most az'ers don't understand or play one pocket. I would say az'ers make up for probably less than 5% of the pool world, out of that 5% maybe only 1% would be willing to pay that much money to watch one pocket. I LOVE one pocket, im not very good at it, im at least 2 or 3 balls lower than the only other az'er that i personally know that plays (12squared), and I have to be honest, there is very little chance I would watch it.

Challenge of the sexes

Well for what it's worth I'd like to see the pool equivalent of Bobby Fisher/ Billie Jean King. Pick any of the top women and let them challenge the top man of their choice. You would have a lot of folks willing to pay for a sexist face off......

1P Efren vs ????

In a stakes match of this magnitude-would the particpants go for a 'leave 4 or 5 uptable' modification that you sometimes see in tournaments.

Is dealing with that uptable game too big a part of a money match outcome to mess with changing a traditional grinding game?

I agree with Spanky and Chris that most of the TAR PPV audience is not playing in the APA leagues.

I do think that whatever TAR comes up with-it'll be good.

TAR 21 was a great event. Congratulations and thanks to everyone involved in making it happen.

Just curious which had the most views the match with Earl on the ten footer or TAR 21? if i recall the match with earl got streamed for free the last day also so this is probably a dumb question
