Even so, the vilest people deserve compassion, just maybe not from the injured party, although it has always been ironic to me to see the injured party the first to forgive the perpertrator of the crime.
Earl is not vile.
Earl is not a criminal.
He has problems. He admits it. He is working on them.
While I don't condone some of his behavior, I believe that some of the sickest people are those who with intent, instigate his bad behavior shifts.
And no it isn't ALL their faults either.
It is shared by all of US who view the un-coaxed bad behavior from him and do nothing but make judgments without knowing all of the facts.
I feel that he is more often than not, prodded and poked to most of the furor that we all see and despise. I see very sick people getting off on seeing Earl behave miserably. Some even want to get down in the mud with him.
On those occasions when Earl is not prodded and poked, the authorities (tournament directors- tournament promoters) need to administer the proper penalty. That is the first line of correction.
This forum should be the last line of correction, especially from us.
Oh, and please accept my personal thanks for serving our country so generously!
JoeyA (and no, I am not Earl's friend).
Thanks very much for your post and opinion!!!!!

Have a good day!!!
