This way if the field is full, you also have 16 people involved and a full purse to pay out. All you must do then is let everyone know if they have "action" or not the day the event begins, and who their player is (Jan. 24).
I agree with that as well and that is how we will do it -
the first 11 will know who they are getting as soon as all 11 are paid and dice rolled. The last 5 will not know until the field fills up. If you are on the 'wait list' go ahead and pay and roll as well.
I am sure that Jay is going to be like a carnival worker at the DCC getting all players he knows to step up and enter his events (Fatboy Challenge & One Pocket Challenge).
