Dippiness - the main thing and the single most important point I know is that the Frost Corporation was not paid. Beyond that, it really doesn't matter what I know. I have stated what I think both of you did wrong (and right) in this situation. Granted, I also know that you think that you can do no wrong, no matter what the circumstances. This is why this thread is still going on after 70 pages and weeks after your match has been over.

Also, after you got off the phone with Scott's attorney, you should have called yours. If you want to get a restraining order against Scott and make it so he can't play in the DCC, you better fly to Indiana to have it filed. They are state issued.

McWhorter - your second post on the buy out made much more sense. Scott forgot the 3rd rule of pool and it cost his corporation $50K. A buy out has to be asked for or offered and agreed by both parties.

And, I'd laugh if you got arrested for grand larceny. Anyone that would allow pools biggest sucker, with your track record, to have any role besides the chump you play so well, should be banned from pool for life.

Also, assuming that it is legal for two pool players to gamble in Vegas, I'd love to see it in court too! I don't believe you would have a prayer of winning the case. It would be on you to prove that you paid Scott, and that you obviously cannot do. There are plenty of witnesses there that heard you say you were not going to pay. Good luck with that one!

Dippnutz is a pro poker player. He fvcks with peoples heads for a living. He hates Scott and knows that Frost has some chinks in his reputational armor that he can exploit and raise suspicion with. I could break down all the "Scott stayed in a whale suite and had to blow millions to do it" line of thought but I dont feel like doing a point by point breakdown. I am too lazy.

Even if Dippinator did pay Frost, which I will never believe he did barring that digital video file of him counting out $50K to Frost on the hood of the DippyMobile in the Aria valet, he still stole Frosts truck. No way around that.

The whole idea of "Scott is a bad guy so I am going act like a douchebag to get back at him for all the things he has done wrong the last 20 years" makes no sense to me. Scott Frost is one the most untrusted people in all of pool. He is loud obnoxious drunk. He is the cockiest human I think I have ever met. He is a great pool player no doubt but he is geniunely a bad person. I have seen his show before besides the pool playing its far from impressive. He has dumped numerous times. So to say ohh I believe scott over dippy is pretty ludacris. Guy blew at least 400 k paid off like a champ with a smile. Never once did I see him mad until the freezer antics. I watched him blow 100 k to Gabe and Corey and smile and joke after he paid off. Scott frost gets anything he deserves and the pool world should outkast him for maybe running the best action the pool world maybe has ever seen. Seriously who had ever blow 400k in few week span playing pool?????????besides dippy dave????????????
