Hi Folks,

A week and a half ago I decided to purchase a new cue after twenty years of play with my Schon. A good friend recommended a cue for sale by one of the regular posters on buy / sell. Contacted him by PM. He returned my message. We agreed on the terms of purchase. Forwarded him a check on Saturday, September 19th. The cue arrived Monday, September 28th. The cue was everything I expected and more. Somewhat different hit but, thats why I purchased it.

After reading all the threads complaining about cue builders and dealers, it is necessary to give credit where due. Thanks to Martin Bick of Westerncues.com for my new Ariel Carmeli!!!!! Highly recommend his services.

Proof indeed that good things do result from this forum. Congrats on the successful transaction and the acquisition of your new weapon. :p

Martin is top shelf in my book, bought two cues from him.....good luck with your new cue, I love my AC....

its nice to hear that sometime deals do work out good...... hope you enjoy you new cue!!!

I met Martin at a tournament here in Arizona where he kicked my butt, seemed like a nice guy and from the cues I have seen him sell on here he is a dealer of top notch goods too.

Glad to hear it all worked out well for you. Enjoy your Carmelli, I hear they are really nice! So far, (knock on wood) I haven't had any trouble buying and selling on AZ. You just have to be careful, do your homework on the seller, and keep your end of the deal clean. Enjoy!

I've dealt with Martin in person here in Los Angeles, he's definitely a stand up guy! Great to deal with! :)

I've known Marty for about 30 years. He is a straight shooter all the way and plays a mean game of One Pocket. A man of his word!
