If one were so inclined, they could install jdownloader & let it d/l all of those vids...you just copy the links & it finds the vids & takes care of the rest.

This is a fun match to watch. I'm only up to game 9 so far; not sure I'll make it all the way through. Interesting to see how casual both these guys look. I guess Shane always looks that way though.

In game 9, video 1-3, at 13' 37", Shane makes 5 on the break--pretty impressive!

6-5 is the last one. If you cant find it click on suggestions and more games will come up and you will see it....

this took place in march 2010 in Switzerland, not Sweden;)

the table is is from the company sport64 "zaffiro", nice made swiss-pooltable and it plays very nice.

this challenge match took place before the main tournament Grand Prix Biel.
the next day i played on that table too but didn't do so good...

the event (actually 2races to 50) was streamed; here's the old thread about it. http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=177466

Nice table, looks like diamond.

Unbelievable, two men of steel. A shame someone had to lose. There is no other competition, that demands so much composure to keep the nerves in check at this level of play.

I remember watching this match, i think it was a PPV at the time but it was on at like 8 or 9AM est. Marco Tshudi and Ralph Eckert were the commentators and they were very interactive with the few of us who were in the chat room. They did a great job. For anyone thinking of watching it, definitely do it, its a great match.

It is a great match and they did a great job with the video.I like the break replays, but they should let us watch the balls til they stop before going to it. Pockets were pretty big it seems, I think it would play out different on a "pro cut" table. anyways, great stuff. thanks for posting this.

when will the 1st match of the 2 be uploaded? so far only 6 parts have been uploaded and i imagine that there are at least 40 parts like the other match.

LMAO SVB's reaction after the break on part 4-3 is absolutely priceless!

That's awesome. This should be a TAR poster.

What strikes me odd is that SVB continuously lets the cue ball go ahead of the side pockets while the 1 ball is going up table. If he was drawing the cue back up table (like the Filipinos do) he would of had more opportunities. At least, that's my totally lame/weak/nit opinion.

Monsters at play!!

howabout the stroke SVB put on the twoball in game #60??!!!

that's sick

anyone up for scotch double against these two?

I watched the second half of the match -around 50 games. Both were incredibly consistant and up to the last few games I was most impressed with the steadiness of their breaks. I have to agree the pockets must have been a little loose for that many balls to fall and such few empty breaks. I think it was the next to last game where that sick kick on the 2 ball was made. I have to think that shot on the three after that was super tough. It truly is unfair someone had to lose that one. Thanks for posting it up here.

Giving this match a bump for those who didn't see this thread yet. I just finished watching this whole thing, spaced out over a week or so. Not a highly emotional match, especially compared with something like the Mosconi Cup, but very enjoyable nonetheless. This Jungo guy can play. The level of performance was high for both players; this is like a clinic to watch. Check it out.

Also, thanks to TheMarsMan for providing links to all parts of the match on p.2 of this thread; this greatly facilitated keeping the viewing sequence straight.

Thanks mate!

This is what we need to see, more of the big money matches filmed well and posted online

Just started watching, we watch a few racks before decidiing to download the whole match. Love the fact it's high definition, quality is excellent

Camera angle isnt the best BUT the camera angle does provide a good look of the break from an angle not normally seen

if you haven't already done so subscribe to billardvideo on youtube. He posts some great matches and lots of intresting international players.
