Heard Jason use this term on the last TAR Podcast.
Really not familiar with it and wondered if anyone had an
example they cost post or explain what he meant.

Thanks

A tuxedo cue is basically any cue that uses ebony and ivory (sometimes holly instead of ivory) as the primary materials, using the black/white contrast just like a typical tuxedo would have.

The really rare ones are powder blue with ruffles :)

Yes, all black and white in the cue. Was real popular for a while....still pretty popular.

I did a twist on the tuxedo cue design recentley using all ivory and deep burgundy camatillo rosewood. It's certainly not a traditional tuxedo cue but I could not find any thing else that looked as good with the camatillo than ivory. I guess everything looks good with lots of ivory!
