I am curious why you have posted this message? We have NOT reached a resoultion yet. Why would you say that we have? Once we do reach one and if said resolution is satisfactory, then I will update this thread with that information.

Edwin has sent me one email so far since the thread was posted with a suggestion on how to resolve the situation and I replied to his email this morning with my own suggestion and am waiting on a response from him.

I am not trying to start an arguement with you but I do want to make it clear that a resolution has not been reached at this time.

Any updates on a resolution here?
 
Edwin and I communicated by PM and email and he suggested builiding me another cue without Ivory (as he did not want to take the chance of shipping the one he built for me to the USA)

This new cue was going to take another 3 months. I did not want to wait another 3 months so I suggested that he ship it to my business partner in Dublin, Ireland (he could then bring it to me as he will be here next week)

Edwin shipped the cue last Friday and I just got word this morning that the cue arrived safe and sound in Ireland yesterday!!

So I have to thank Edwin for finally coming through and I will be happy to give a report on the cues fit and finish and hit once I get it next week (I am looking forward to seeing it as I have no idea what it looks like as I wanted it to be a surprise) My business partner offered to take pictures of it and email them to me and I declined :) (I like surprises)

So as of right now, things are much better and thanks again to all those that posted and sent me PMs and rep.

The cue report will be forthcoming soon.

The cue arrived in Ireland (which is where I had him send it as Edwin was hesitant about sending it to the USA) and my business partner then sent it to me with no problems and I am very happy with it so all is well that ends well.

Thank you Edwin for finally getting the cue sent out and to all those on AZ that participated in the thread.

Why was he hesitant about sending the cue to the us? do they check less for ivory going to ireland?
