US Open (9 ball) 2024, August 19-24, Atlantic City

I don’t understand why they can’t just pick a pocket setup standard, publish it, and stick to it.
You mean like they picked a color for the five ball and stuck with it in spite of it being totally stupid?🍊

I think it's better for them to try to get it right if their first try is wrong.

They've fiddled with pocket sizes quite a bit the last few years. You'd think they'd have figured out whatever they've been trying to figure out by now.

Fingers crossed 4.25 is the standard going forward.

What was Kaci up to this week?
I'm just guessing, but he's guaranteed a spot in the Reyes Cup and may have figured going to the U.S. Open may have been expensive, e.g., entry fee, lodging, air fare, food, miscellaneous.

Not sure what causes that, I've heard it was the rail cloth being too tight. Same with my table, which was done by Diamond.

Even if it does not affect the play, it looks bad.
Yeah I’m sure people canceled their tables or are right now putting their diamond up for sale because someone had the cloth to tight 🙄 no one cares but you.
