I predict that this will be BB's last US Open and that Accu-stats will take over as the promoter.

I also predict that this year's Open will be a huge success for all involved and that Barry will go out on top.

Justin Bergman for at least Semi Finals.

Shane in the finals on the final 9 ball, Barry pauses the game to give a 20 minute diarrhea of the mouth "me" speech, Shane misses.

1)orcullo
2) SVB (orcullo gets his revenge for last year and the W9B 11-1 beat down)
3) Ko Pin Yi
4) dechaine
5) Morra
6-7)dynamite Darren, Feijen,
Archer is 3rd highest finishing American playing his way into a potential captains pick for mosconi
Bergman finishes right behind Archer.

Hall struggles bringing doubt about his inclusion for Mosconi cup even though he performed well in it last year.

Someone from Taiwan will win.

I agree with you here, BeiberLvr.
SVB has a bit of killer instinct, but I think the Taiwanese are just a bit stronger
in that department. Hell, all those guys at the top play nearly equal.

I think SVB needs just a bit more "killer" in him. He should just say,
"F*** these mother*****s" and win, but he may not have enough of that attitude, when compared to
the others at the top.

Justin B. is not quite ready to win this. He will soon. I would say definitely
within 5 years.

It will have a lot to do with the un tested in at least a top regional event template and if they let them patern rack...and then it's 9-luck-ball. I'm sure they will have no more than 2 refs/TD's, but we can pay $1000.00 a pop for 15 past champs. Johnnyt

Well I said yrs ago if their becomes incentive for the Asians to flood the fields they will take over pool in this country adding points shortening the field and haveing a couple of events to bounce too after the open has made it worth while for players across both ponds ,, that also might cut into Bergs chances

There are so many talented players at the Open this year. I have no idea who will win. There are around 30-40 players that have a decent chance.

Someone from Taiwan will win.

Does anyone know how long the Taiwan contingent will be arriving in the States before the US Open?

There will be an issue of jet lag and time zone difference, but if given enough time to acclimate - I will have to say Ko Pin Yi or his brother are top dogs next to Shane.

We have to get down to science on this one.

And I'm still not counting out Niels Feijen - he wants this one for the trophy wall bad.

So my top 4 ( if Ko's arrive a week or more before the tournament) are:

1:Big Ko
2. SVB
3. Little Ko
4. Niels "The Terminator"

If Ko's arrive a day or two before:

1: SVB
2. Niels
3. Orcollo
4. Darren Appleton (I think he is due for a big one)

Anybody who can pick a winner in this open....
...can give Warren Buffett the orange crush at foretelling

All these talk abt Ko, where u guys putting the Changs!
I'll put them in front of Justin, Morra, Mike, Archer and maybe Niels too.

I would like Feijen to winner but he is been slump last year IMO. Orcullo too been mortal recently.

My top three prediction is....

1. SVB
2. Pagulayan
3. someone who is not favourite. New or old black horse.

Yes the Ko contingent

They are playing in the American 14.1 Tournament that is being held in Midlothian, VA starting on October 22nd.

They will be rested and ready
