I'm impressed with how long it took to get here. Someone in another thread a few days ago tried to allude to it in a thread about something else at the open but no one took the bait.
How does a guy go down from one punch? I've been in enough unfortunate situations to know from experience that you rarely land the first one squarely unless its a sucker punch.

I was there, with the facts.
First thing, there is know way this could be considered a fight.
The people in question where out side playing hop scotch. Scott tripped over a black cat trying to get his shoe laces. He fell down. He was spotted later posting wanted signs for the black cat.

Don't recall the details anymore but it was spurred by beer on both sides and shannons ex Donna's mouth.... The latter had a lot to do with it.
It was like watching two sixth grade girls go at it. Not the ones from the hood, more like kids from the suburbs that have never seen a fight........

I understand that some people can hit hard. I used to have an Irish friend that had so much surgical steel in his right fist that he could knock people cross-eyed. I was just surprised that this fella hit Scott square with one punch. People flinch when they see it coming - knocking people out with one punch like they do in the movies is hard to do.
I've been trying to piece together what I think happened from the handful of clues that have been given in this thread, and I think the posters (who are in the know) may be exercising discretion. I think the party involved might be a respected member of the pool community.
I wouldn't drop his name either. Fights suck. People get hurt, people go to jail, and people - once they sober up - are usually pretty ashamed of themselves.
Then again, I could be completely full of sh*t. I'm certainly no detective, and Ive been drinking since the Bears drove me to it at about 12:45
