Varney - gorgeous j/b...don't miss!

Varney Cues

Handcrafted quality!

SOLD!
Here is a brand new Varney jump-break cue. This cue is 58" and a beast at 21oz with no weight bolt...could be made a tad heavier if desired. I get a lot of request for these heavier j/b's. Basically there are two camps for j/b's...those who like them light for max hand speed & those who want a brute like this one so as to let the cue do the work. Trust me...this cue explodes the rack with minimum effort...I was really in fear for my cueball's safety...LOL! The shaft is a very dense 13.3mm and features an unbreakable brown phenolic ferrule and my black canvas-resin tip. You can tell from the pic that this tip really holds chalk well. I also give a lifetime warranty on the tip & ferrule against break/cracking. The wood combo needs a bit of explanation...the rear of the cue is mexican bocote...the forearm is purpleheart. It was just an ugly color tone of purpleheart so I dyed it black...it looks just like jet black ebony now. Both pins are the big fat SW style, brass 3/8-10. If you are looking for a mans j/b & you don't suffer with a weak elbow...then here is the cue for you. I promise...when you break with this cue others near you will stop & take notice. Pics don't do this cue justice...its really stunning in person. The cue is ready for immediate delivery. Thank you for looking.:)

Great cue Kevin looks similar to mine, with the bocote, I like the stained forearm, bet that one crushes the rack !! <<<ED

Yikes! That thing just LOOKS mean.

I don't think the first two balls you make on the break count with a cue like that, only 3 and up...

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I was using (test hitting ) this cue today & it really is sweet. I was taking a lot off my break & still making balls. You won't see me bump this cue to death...I'll slip it into my Whitten.

nice cue Kevin !!

How is it said best-- To all cuemakers, Happy Wife Happy Life, keep making those cues, and I like the whole format that Kevin Use's when selling his cues, nice pictures and a accurate story telling his customers whats been done. mark

Aren't you the guy with a ton of customers waiting for their orders? Have those orders all been filled?

Its pretty and I'm sure it gets the job done but in my opinion there ain't a jump break out there worth $475.

Good luck with the sale though.

Looks very solid to me-

This is a for/sale thread - please treat kevin with Respect- he is simply trying to sell yet another cue. anyone who knows anything about making cues knows- you'll pay in the end if any process of cuemaking is hurried.!!!!Why do some posters continue to _bring down someone's house- Good luck with the sale kevin. mark

It's always the same one's that are bashing on here. If you took a toll of any cuemakers out there that their cue's are in demand I bet they fall behind just the same as Kevin, I just think it s a whole lot of jealousy on here that some aren't as busy as others in this buisness. But if someone is trying to make good and you have the same crowd slamming him every cue he puts up on here, I see a pattern. I guess some people get a kick out of trying to take food out of others mouths. It's hard enough to sell cue's with this economy, but some just try to make it impossible for anyone to be in this buisness. I for one hope no one ever has any problems getting a cue from any cuemaker anymore. And I hope every deal that was made in the past gets made good. So all this can stop!! But this is just my opinion. <<ED

Thank you Ed. Everyone knows that I have customers waiting on cues...I am making good on all orders as evidenced by the pics of completed cues I post in the Gallery. Although I'm catching up, I'll probably always be behind...not being isn't good for a cuemaker. Sadly I have a small group of haters that have attacked me since day one. Most of these have NEVER done business with me yet feel they should control if I pay my bills or feed my child. Well thats not how it works. As the Karma train makes it rounds...I'm sure it'll slam into a few wallets as payback. I wish no ill will on anyone...even the haters have a right to make money & eat...I'm just saying what comes around, goes around.
Its pretty simple really...if you aren't comfortable ordering a cue from me...then don't. Buy one thats ready for delivery or a used one...or buy from any one of the other fine cuemakers. My real customers know the deal. They know whether I treated them well or not. There sure are a lot of happy Varney owners...many of them continue to send me business and place orders. Thank you very much! Actions speak louder than words so I'll just continue to do my best by building the best performing cues I possibly can...and I'll continue to post pics in the Gallery of finished cues as they ship.:)

THIS CUE IS STILL AVAILABLE...

YOUR the only one who controlls wether you pay your bills and feed your child. Trying to blame it on someone else is ridiculous. When you do business the right way, with honesty, and integrity, you won't have any problems. Now I'm not saying your currently not heading down that path, but you still have to deal with your past.

I'll never have to worry about feeding my child, because if it even gets close to that, I'll work as many jobs as it takes even if it's McDonalds.
