Very Sad Day - AZB loses a valued member

I rarely post into these threads but Breakup will be truly missed. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

May he rest in peace.

It's really sad to hear this. I always got a kick out of Breakup's bent humor and the great feud. Looks like he's got Willie stuck for good, then.
 
Sad indeed. I always got a kick out of the feud. Although I never met him he seemed like a HOOT for sure. GodBless sir, we will be seeing you later. Hold my spot on the rail.
 
This is tough. Breakup was an incredibly funny guy and there just aren't too many on this planet or forum. He truly, will be missed.

May he rest in peace.
 
R.I.P. Billy "Breakup" Johnston

As myself and many of us here grow older and face our own mortality, it's getting harder to click on the Main Forum each morning, for fear of shocking unexpected news such as this.

Bill's sudden passing has left an irreplaceable void in the AZB family. I have laughed so hard at the Breakup vs Betmore feud, that I've scared our cat and woke my wife up in the early a.m. hours.

Bill and I have talked often in P.M., mostly about a friend of his that moved from Alaska to Tampa. It pains me to have to call his friend today and give him this sad news.

My condolences to Williebetmore and Bill's friends and family.

I heard that Breakup paid off the ref... with Jellybeans.
 
This is very sad news. I never met either of you, but I feel as though I know you both. Your fake feud was a constant crackup and I loved reading the banter between you two. This is a huge loss for AZ Billiards. Thank you Breakup and WBM for the humor you've shared with all of us. My deepest condolences to Bill's friends and family. Rest in peace, Breakup.

Where ever the flower of love blooms, the seed of tragedy have been planted. Hold em, Hug em and love em while you can. I will see ya on the flip side Breakup. You will be sorely missed here on Az.

Condolences to Bill's family and loved ones.

He was a funny and talented man who'll be missed by many.
 
My condolences to Willie and to Breakups family. I have never met either of you, but did enjoy the back and forth banter. Such a well liked and respected AZB member will be missed, and it saddens me greatly.
 
I read Willie's post and was shocked like the rest here. I don't really have words that will make everybody feel better. Who does? We can only hold his family and friends up in prayer. And we can thank God that these sad days are spaced apart. How hard it would be if every day, somebody we cared for died.
 
RIP breakup. My condolences to his family and pals. He had very funny posts in this forum....
 
I'm shocked and at a loss for words, but will certainly be thinking of the big bear-like fella. RIP Bill.
