was that TONY ZINZOLAS hand in my pocket?

Alton

Alton, thanks for your very honorable point of view on this situation. we have been friends for many years and I listen to every word you have to say with a lot of respect. I personally feel terrible for Tony's family, and I actually feel very bad for tony himself. when you talk to him, he is a very nice gentle person.

but none of this changes the situation.

we are still going full steam ahead on this thief and con man.....because at the end of the day.....THAT'S WHAT HE REALLY IS

Kakushi Ken Oni no Tsume

Thanks Smokey,
"Akusai wa hyaku-nen no fusaku" and in reverse, 'a bad husband is the ruin of his wife'; or somewhat closely translated."

In the movie "The Hidden Blade" aka " Kakushi Ken Oni no Tsume"
If Hanzama (a convicted criminal) committed Seppuku, his wife would not be considered "a wife of a criminal", and would not be looked "Down" upon in society..
That was part of the movie that your saying is an example of..
(Not suggesting anything as to an outcome here, just an example of the saying)
Thanks for posting your insights of their culture and this postings.

Sean ,Steve..Thanks for posting guys.. :)

As I mentioned, I feel for all the innocent people involved..
I meant no harm to any one who is directly involved with TZ, and, I am not trying to steer them away from their pursuit.

RayJay, I think Scott mentioned that Wendy is not doing well.:(
Our hopes and prayers go out to Wendy..
Added after Ray's post below:
I also recall Scott does not have Medical Insurance.
Lung Transplant Rejection treatment must cost Mega $$.
I do not speck for Scott as, I really don't know , but, If he has to pay medical bills to keep up with her recovery, his priorities will dictate where his money goes.
I am not standing up for him.. Just some thoughts for his actions.. He might not have money.

I mean you or Scott no disrespect.
Please don not take this the negative way..
Just trying to add what might be the cause..

Just got an email from Scott and my reply:

Thanks for your reply, Scott, and I’m sorry your wife is so sick. Please just refund my $215 now via paypal and you can sell the cue for more when your wife is back on her feet. If I had known there would be this kind of problem, I would not have gotten involved. When we have this resolved, I will remove my posts on azb. Good luck and God bless.

My Wife has been in the Hospital. With her condition we're in Seattle. I'll be home when they get her back on her feet to ship the cue.

Give me the PayPal address you use and I'll send you the $215. Scott can send me the cue whenever he has time and his wife is doing better.

Thanks, pm sent. Enjoy the cue, and best wishes for Scott's wife. Unfortunately, Scott misled me and waiting until she was "back on her feet" was not in the deal. Thanks for your help. Ray

Money has been sent. If you're this pissed about 10 days, trying paying thousands and waiting for years....

Scott and his wife are good people and sometimes a few days for a piece of wood is not asking for too much.

I would have been happy to wait, if he had talked to me about it and I knew that it was part of the sale, but he said he'd ship immediately. The wait or the money isn't what pissed me off.

Hey

UPDATE

We have at least 5 people parisipating in the Zinzola fraud charges. Many more want to join, and I am taking names and info,

My attorney was supposed to contact the district attorney for Marlborough mass.

By sometime tomorrow I will have our plan of action, as to weather we go after him ourselves or let the state of mass prosecute him. Which would be much better and easier for us.

ANYBODY ELSE THAT'S BEEN SCREWED BY ZINZOLA, AND WANT IN JUST PM ME.

It sure was.......i hope your not next.
My personal fiasco dealing with Zinzola started in 2008. Thats when I bought this piece of **** from him

After many calls and texts he agreed to replace the cue which he did ONLY 2 YEARS LATER.
In December of 2010 I sent it back to him because it was warped, and he

I've been following this thread and maybe I'm just not very bright but I don't understand what exactly happened. You bought a cue from a cuemaker in 2008, didn't like it for some reason and he replaced it in 2010. Then in December 2010 the cue warped.

The replacement cue warped? If so how many months after you had the cue in your possession did it warp? Is that what the lawsuit is about?

Sounds like I've fallen to TZ also. I ordered a cue from him back in 2010, and sent a down payment to him.....was supposed to take less than a year. After many, many phone calls, and conversations with Tony......and asking for a picture to just show me where the cue progress might be......I have never recieved one.....and the last 4 months of calling him.....He hasn't returned my calls......He used to return my calls immediately......and tell me he would send pictures to me......but never even once followed thru with sending me any....... I just wish he would at least send me the cue at whatever level of finish it is in.....if it was ever started anyway.....my cue was to be numbered #129.......and I've seen several cues in the 160's by number......
What kind of recourse is there..... I always liked Tony and his work......but this has been frustrating.....to say the least. And in a fairly recent post, I saw where a guy picked up a cue from Tony that had been sitting around the shop for a while that looked very similar to the design I had for my cue.... It does make me wonder.
Tony.....if you read this.....just call me man.....or at least return my call....we can work this out in a way that will be good for both of us....Al.....205-266-4059
