Heres what I have so far.....A round trip flight from Hawaii to Philadelphia is going to be around $1,000. Alton would leave on 3/18 and get into Phillie at 10:00AM on the 19th. He would leave on Sunday morning the 22nd at 7:15AM. This would give him Thursday..Friday and Saturday at the Expo.

He wouldnt have a car so, we need to get him a room at the Sheraton. Which is attached to the Expo.

So this is what we need.....

1. I will pledge $250 towards his airfare, so we need another $750

2. We need someone to somehow get him a room at the Sheraton for the
19th through the 22nd

3. We need someone to pick him up at the Phillie airport around 10:00AM
on the 19th and get him to the Expo.

4. We need someone to drive him back to the airport on Sunday the 22nd
for a 7:15 flight back home.

This is not all that much to get done...if we all chip in....we can do it

Please PM me with any donations or even better with some help on some of these items......Its a great chance to show the world what kind of people we are....WE CAN DO IT

Steve

The hotels are the Scanticon and Radisson at the Convention Center.
I started looking for a room after the last show and still have not booked one for myself.
But I will be there.
Great effort and let us know when the pledges are needed.
Myron

Tony told me last year that quite a few roll-away beds were utilized. Rooms in the main hotel are almost impossible to come by.

thanks

Alton

Steve,
If you can't find a room available for Alton, I have a reservation at the Best Western which is about 1/4 mile away. He can room with me and I will cover all the costs of the room. Alton is a great guy and it would be a huge honor to meet him.

thanks
