Another interesting hook-up is Ralf and Alex....Alex does not have a good record in this spot.
Maybe he'll catch a break because of Ralf's airline schedule.....:D

Two of my favorite players, but iam leaning for Bartram to win, I would love to see him win the US OPEN!

If not Bartram, then I will hope for Earl to win it all!

Hey Freddie.

I'm here in NYC in my living room watching the Open on my Samsung Smart TV, which is pretty cool. Obviously, though, I'm jealous of you and anyone who is there in Virginia.

I do have the advantage, however, of being able to turn down the volume on my TV anytime Barry Behrman grabs the microphone.

Enjoy yourself down there and I hope to see you at the Derby.
 
I def figure Earl to win this but no one at the US Open has more heart than Bartram.

Game 4

Bartram breaks dry.

Earl misses tough slow roller.

Chris ducks early. Earl kicks and leaves safe. Chris with the jump cue makes hit, but scratches.

Earl doesn't get out with ball in hand and scratches on the 8-ball.

3-1 Chris
 
Game 5

Chris makes two balls and a ball gets to the kitchen. Tricky shot on the one and two.

Chris hangs a thin 3.

Earl gets out easily. Chris gave up on there as he got through the tough shots.

3-2 Chris
 
Game 6

Earl gets two on the break with five balls in the kitchen. Clustered rack in the kitchen makes for a really tough out. Earl ducks and sticks Chris in jail, shooting the 4.

Chris kicks and hits, but leaves a power straight in shot for Earl. Not easy for Earl who gets tough on the next shot, but hangs the 7-ball.

Chris gets the three ball out.

4-2 Bartram
 
Game 7

Chris breaks a ball in and gets two balls passed the head string.

Very tough first shot. Hangs the 1-ball.

Earl gets out.

4-3 Chris
 
Game 8

9-Ball in the lower corner. Spots up.

Earl pushes.

Chris ducks, but leaves feathers.

Earl does no better on th return.

Chris gets a fortunate leave. Looks like a Racing the Moon leave. But Earl decides to kick instead of jump. Hangs the 1-ball, but leaves no look.

Chris kicks and hits the 1-ball, but it doesn't drop. Earl stalks the table but dogs position immediately and scratches on the 2-ball.

Chris gets out with BIH.
