I thought that tomorrow, Sunday, likely would have produced many more votes for Pope in the poll but I guess I'll never know.

All kidding aside, any idea on why the thread would have been closed?

Was it in bad taste to let the members decide if I post on that topic any more?

I didn't think it was but if it struck anyone that way, I will offer up my sincere apology for posting it.

Its old we don't care.

someone didn't get something for free get the heck over it!

it was probably closed due to people being sick of seeing the same topic taking up so much realestate on this forum.

I can understand that line of thinking. It is very much the same as shaft, chalk, tip, cue maintenance, etc, that seem to pop up every second day in the Main Forum.

Same questions, different day. What can a person do. If you don't like a thread, don't read or participate in it.

Not a waste of real estate. Wanna know what is tho. Its when some one posts a long thread or pictures and people feel the need to quote the entire thread or the pictures over again just to type a one line statement.

Now that is a total waste of width band.
 
this has nothing to do with mister bill... but the cue i won from mojocue or something like that i never got it niether so bill isent the only one not doing what he said when someone won a cue
 
You should have known that Bill would be "protected" to some degree when he was permitted to post freely on the same forum that he pulled his scam on.

Brian, I think, and I may be wrong, that some threads, rather than deleting, the moderators are closing them instead. I have noticed this happens when the thread erupts into negative back-and-forths. In some cases, it could be closed for legal reasons. In the end, I guess it is better to have them closed than deleted.

Ignore the funny bunny. I don't take too much stock into newly created identities who seem to know what's happening in this AzBilliards soap opera forum. I sometimes wonder if the identity was originally somebody else who was banned and came back with a new identity because they just couldn't keep away from the virtual pool room known as AzBilliards Discussion Forum. :wink:

Ive been lurking for quite some time and been in the pool world for a long time I know plenty.

If I can everyone on the forum a favor and change the direction of the thread from stroud and the cry babies then I welcome all comments.:cool:

Keep going rack that post count up.

But every time you make a new thread every time you bring up the same subject and cut people down who disagree with you, you loose your credibility and followers at one time you had hundreds of comments worth of support on this in another thread now you have a few followers and you lead the charge by yourself.

Fight the good fight, Keep on grinding and maybe just maybe he will make a new shop and build a cue just to end the hate on AZ billiards:rolleyes:

Interesting.

The big Stroud thread wasn't closed. And that one was more contentious, if memory serves...
