That is a very good post, I totally agree that it is what any Business minded person would do. I mean the first Poll Question could be: 1) What can my company do to improve communication, and to better serve my customers:
a. Continue to make excuses why my products are not delivered in a timely manner, as agreed upon!!!!!!
b. Insure there are no forms of communication between me and my customers.
c. Insure that if there is a misunderstanding that my customers will be afraid to report it because of threats and other forms of intimidation.
d. Correct A, B, and C to serve my customers quickly and more efficiently.
