works ok as a break cue? Is the meteor ok or will it take a dive soon after putting it to use, the reason for the question is I am retired and on a tight income.
Thanks

The Lucky cues are the best bang for the buck, 3/8x10 joint and maple shaft, they're as solid as it gets
I just had a G10 tip ferrule combo installed on one and it breaks like a tank

Under $100, and perfectly fine as is. If you break really hard, or just want to make it even better, call Seyberts and ask them to put a one piece phenolic tip/ferrule on it for $20 or so more (I dont know their actual pricing for this, but should be in that range), and youll be set for life on break cues.

Ron Padilla...I would use a cue off the wall, wherever you play. Bring a tip tool or a piece of sandpaper to work the tip a little...and the cost is ZERO!
