What would an ad for you read like if your cue sold you?

Since we are always selling/trading our poor cues that do nothing but want to please us, how would your cue list you for sale if it was trying to upgrade/try something new or if you were just not the right fit for it? :grin-square:

Ned Morris cue looking to sell/trade white Lithuanian short dude.

Rolls a bit crooked but I think on purpose just to mess with you.
Will need an extension to reach those longer shots.
Stuck in the middle 50% of any tournament, but it's not my fault, guy just can't shoot straight to save his life.
Would like to try someone that can make the easy shot in front of him after making 3 tough shots and not hook himself so much. I am tired of being put away before the cash rounds in any decent event.

Well he is finished with me. Time for him to move on to some fresh wood!

Mezz cue looking to trade long-time owner for a more frequent player. Owner has excellent hands, though his guitars see them more often than I do. He takes very good care of me and replaces my tip at least every 2 or 3 years. He plays better than average so I can't complain about skills. But I am regrettably looking to trade him for a player that has more time for me. If you're a cue that enjoys long waits between play time, and your owner refuses to grant you any time off, please contact me concerning a possible trade.

Hits a ton.
Seriously, somebody save me.
This guy doesnt even push out softly.
Masher! Hits a ton.

Light dings and scratches, nothing that will effect play. Never stays down on a shot and will usually point to the spot on the table where the cue ball was supposed to stop.
Has perfected the hand flip after missed shots and shape.

Classic vintage model with a few battle scars. Reliable no-frills performer, probably better suited for bar play. Old school thick butt style. Not wrapped too tight, but rolls fairly straight. Not one to play it safe very often. Banks and kicks fearlessly - not well, but fearlessly. Will trade for a JB Rugged with similar miles or maybe a couple boxes of Magic Chalk.

'68 Joss looking for new owner....must like to gamble and travel.
My current owner is a nit....and hardly ever plays.
...and when he finally lets me out of this prison of a cue case once in a while...
...I can tell by the way other cues avoid looking me in the eye....
...that he's been hitting a few balls....outta the rack!!!:eek::mad:
....what have those sluts got that I don't have? :crying:

Must promise to buy me a new tip...this bozo hasn't replaced his Sniper for 3 &$#% years!

PS...must be heterosexual....I've been straight all my life....well...there was a Szamboti
I was really fond of....but it was a bromance.

For sale or trade - Inconsistent, no talent hack with unparalleled enthusiasm but no natural talent. Known for consistently over-running position and making the easiest outs complicated. Some recent graying but little use in the last 5 years.

Will trade plus cash for SVB, Darren or any woman player named Shanelle.

Loyal, well performing, high-end, custom-like, but production cue seeks new owner.

Current owner is neglectfull insofar as he keeps me locked up in my case and both of us

in a closet for extended periods of time. Rare is it we get to bask in the glow of his table

light. When let out he does take great care of me. My tip(s) are always beautifully

manicured and replaced proactively. I am buffed and kept spotless quite regularly. -Z-

Present owner plays high, but blaims me for losing
at least he put me in action

no refunds

WTT: Vintage 70year old. Skinny no rolls. Bald,no wrap. No dings, brains. Weighs less than 175. Shaft size? :killingme::killingme: Average butt. Bone to bone joints. Length 73". Round head..no points.

My block letter Joss trying to sell me:

OLD PLAYER FSBO:

Poor stroke. He was so much better when he was younger, and I think he cared more too. Does not play with me enough, it used to be every day but now...I am lucky if it's once a week. And even then it does not last as long. Sometimes I suspect he plays with others too. Is this all that is left? Doesn't anybody else want to play with me? Am I just too old?

Oh wait...that's what my wife would say....;):p:thumbup:

Monster Cue For Sale.........whatever the heck that means.
Jeez, if I read that one more time about a cue, I'll scream aloud.

Actually, since I designed four of my cues which were then
custom made, I'd probably elaborate about the materials,
intricate workmanship and the cue-maker's painstaking
attention to the very minutia of each cue's ornate design.
I might even include how many hours a cue actually took
as well. There was a lot of hands on workmanship involved.
So naturally I'd alleluliah the cue-maker's name & skills too.
