What's the biggest package you've ever run?

Played Mosconi in an exhibition once to 1,000. He opened with 526 and everybody left thinking he had the match won. I came back with a 1,000 and out, just me and Willie there to see it. He was so upset at losing that he refused to talk about it for the rest of his life.

That was one of my biggest achievements in sports. When I pitched in the majors I struck out Babe Ruth 14 times in the same game but I was on steroids so it doesn't really count.
 
9ball-5 pack tons of 2's and 3's big table
14.1- A handful over a 100 not sure exact amount wasn't really paying attention.Tons of 60's and 80's big table
8ball -3 pack bar table.
When i say "tons" keep in mind i have over 50 years playing and don't remember all of it.

By this, do you mean (A) you ran out one suit, made the 8, and then ran out the other suit? Or did you (B) just run all 15 in no particular order? I'm assuming you meant the former, not the latter. I've done both (for practice) and I once got through three racks in scenario A once ... and got sooo close to a fourth. Ran through the 8, and missed while cleaning the other suit up.
 
7 3/4" on the "biggest package question." I might hit 8 on a good day if the chick is really smokin'. Why do people ask these things on a pool forum? Bunch of pervs.

Cliff broke them pretty wide open from the middle, got ballin hand, and went to 8 one game ad 9 the next game!

Funny what you said earlier tt they all play better than you. I would stke you aainst all! LOL!
 
At DCC a couple of years back when they gambled on the one pocket ghost for the most balls in five racks, 75 possible balls, Gabe got 60!!!!!
 
ok I will play the KNOCKER here, and think Grady ran 17 racks of 9 ball in a bar table rin game years ago. Not sure but ithink greg Stevens told me this!

I believe most people are telling the truth. I said what is the biggest package you have ever ran, not what do you normally run. I agree with Steve, these are the best people have done.

I may not have one break and run in a race to seven, but if you play long enough it can happen. I ran a four because I broke and had a shot on the one four times in a row. Also, it only took fifteen minutes, which means I played really good for fifteen minutes.
 
On a 9' Gold Crown playing 9 ball I ran 4 then got the 9 on the snap.

Same table 8 ball is 3.

Bar box 8 ball is 5.
 
Ive had a couple people ask me so ill post mine

8 ball: 12 and playing 50 a game, I ran 8 2x times as well
9 ball : 8 with no 9's on the break
10 ball: 7 with no 10 on the break

all these are on 9 ft tables
 
i think if a top pro used a magic rack for 9 ball you could easily see 20, ill bet i could run 10 without ever making a hard shot
 
I was practicing with a guy a couple weeks ago and he gave me the 5 out and I won the flip. I didn't run any racks but I made a money ball 9 breaks in a row. :thumbup:
 
I ran 8 once on a 9ft gold crown. On a barbox id say its closer to 13 or 14 but i was breaking strong that day, probably never happen again. Now for some reason my break has went to shit, probably need to work on it. Havent played 8 ball since i was a kid and nobody where im from plays 10 ball but i like it a lot. I think ive done 3 practicin 10 ball though
 
I think 6, but I put a 5-pack on KtownD at a tournament in Knoxville a while back. He's beaten my brains out every time we have played since then...:)

9-ball 7 pack
10-ball 5 pack (one of those freaky days when everything falls into place)
14.1 78 balls (some bonehead swiped the balls in the middle of my run)

All done on a 9-footer.
