Always at home or a friends house.

Go to a bar 3 times or so a year and a pool hall for the first time in 5 years tomorrow night.

I wish I had room for a pool table in my apartment :( So for now bars and halls it is with my peference going to halls. Saddly the hall a few blocks from my apt. just shut down but word on the street is its reopening soon

I play some bar tourneys, meet my regular gang at the hall, practice at home.

Best,
Brian kc
P.S. If I had bobroberts setup, I probably wouldn't leave home either... :p

poolplayer, one of the reasons to have a table at home is to work on the parts of your game that need improvements.you are able to concentrate more, practice the situation over and over.there are many reasons, just think about it...............

Depends on the time of year. Winters in a couple of private rooms in AZ.
Other months at home or in a bar.

Hey poolplayer2093:

Am I the only one whose head your tongue-in-cheek comment didn't fly over?

C'mon guys, "playing with yourself". ;-)

Best,
Brian kc

Home most of the time, once in a while I play at the tattoo shop.

I don't go to bars.

I used to play only in pool rooms, I would still play in pool rooms if I lived near any that I like, but I don't so I don't. I miss that a lot, problem in Vegas is the smoke, I don't know how I faded that years ago:confused: if I lived near the Jointed Cue in Sacramento I would be there almost everyday.

Thanks for pointing that out. now i know and knowing is half the battle

No table at home means my only choice is playing at a pool hall. Bars are not optimal, but an impromptu game isn't out of the question. Otherwise, I don't like the coin-op bar tables.

If I had my own table, I would play at home all the time and invite my friends over. I wouldn't have a need to play in a hall or bar unless I got cabin fever. Sometimes it's nice to get out of the house and play I suppose.
