Im in Raleigh for the week on business. I will have my evenings free and I am hoping my AZ brothers will tell me where to go and play.

I like One-pocket and 9-ball, and obviously prefer full size tables.

I am staying at 1000 Navaho Drive, so please no 100 mile journys. I do have GPS so an address and I will be off and running!

Brown's and Brass Tap are right off of Capital Blvd.

Bucks is also in the Raleigh area.

My first choice would be On The Snap about 15 minutes up the road in Fuquay Varina.

Brown's would be my second choice.

On The Snap has all new Diamonds and is Super Clean.

Brown's has one Diamond.

Brass Tap has a shimmed Diamond but it's a little slow and gaffy.

If you are on Navahoe Drive maybe you are near the Real Estate Comission Office but you are very near Brass Tap. Pool Tournaments Mon ,Thurs, and Friday great Place real pool hall atmosphere. Some money games if you want. Tell the owner "Dean Smith" told you to stop buy.

Oscar's in Chapel Hill??? Wow that brings back memories I played there for years back when Gene and Mike owned it!! I believe a local gal named Heather owns it now.

The Brass Tap is the best IMO, the Thursday night handicap tournament is lots of fun. Tony Coates is a great guy and Dave Brown runs the tournaments another real great guy in my books. No One does a better job at running tournaments in that area than The Brass Tap does!!

I played at Brass Tap today.

Several games of one pocket going on, and a couple 9 ball game.

I banged them around for a while then when back to the hotel.

Ill try to go back a couple more times this week.

Any AZ guys wanna play?

Come by Buck's tomorrow. There are some very good players in the house on Wednesday nights. I'm sure you can find a game or just knock them around.I will be there myself playing in Masters league. Hope to see you there
