Who makes the custom joint protectors?

Now I've got a jones for custom JP's to match my SouthWest. Is there a custom JP maker that can do it?

I've had great luck with Alton Takata (CueCaps here on AZB). Does great work at reasonable prices. Alton's real easy to get along with, too!

Go with Jim Baxter!
I had him make some custom caps with Japanese coins on top. They turned out beautiful. He is a great guy to deal with! Ships fast and on time.
You cant go wrong!
 
Let me see,the best guy for JPs to me is Dave Albrecht,the finish and fit are perfect.I have had some others in the past and dont want to mention names but one set fell apart literally,its was horrible,I had to reglue them myself,if they were glued right and finished good it would not have happened.I believe Daves are the best not because I own them currently but because I have owned others,besides that he list 3-4 sets and they are gone within a day or 2,thats always a good sign. :D

Well, the caps he put up in that thread look nice but I'm looking for something a little more customized. Ebony with rings to match my SW rings would be nice.

I would contact him Mully,he does business overseas with cues and JPs,Im sure he can do something you might like. ;)

try steve kornele,he made some for a friend that matched his south west perfectly

I had a set made by Jim Baxter and they are the NUTS !!!
He does fantastic work and are flawless, beautiful, and very well priced.
Go with Jim Baxter, you will not be dis-appointed.

I know this isn't the fastest but SW will make a nice matching set.

Jeff Eason does joint protectors ... Dave aka: nbll01 also does them .... I have sets from both of them and I'm very pleased with both of thier work...
