Funny thing just happened to me. I got up from my two-hour nap today and my left thumb is dislocated. I very rarely dream or remember my dreams if I have them, but today I remember dreaming three six-foot + guys grabbed me in the bathroom of a bar I was hustling in. Then I came fully awake and felt the pain in my thumb. Weird stuff to say the least. Johnnyt

You shouldn't hustle in Bar Room Bathrooms...was it the Blue Oyster Bar and more importantly are you walking funny? You probably dislocated your thumb out back in the woods grabbing bark! (Wheee)

I used to wake up with Morning Wood. Gee, I miss the good ole days.

Now, I wake up and have to pee real bad.

Yeah, coulda been the mail man, house painter, plumber, UPS Delivery man. Johnny takes no prisoners. No doubt there is more than one contract out on him.

Where's your other hand? Between two pillows. Those aren't pillows!!

So your mind does funny things. It will make you dream of something that the body feels.

If you spilled a drink and felt wet in your sleep, you will very likely get a dream about being in water or maybe having a baby pee on you or something.

You probably somehow rolled over on your thumb, felt the pain and your sleeping brain tossed in that quick dream about the pool hall fight. Many dreams actually last a very short time, you probably got hurt, felt the pain, had the dream and woke up in seconds.

Yes, I know, I read too much and watch educational shows hehe.

Something else I just thought of that was weird about the dream. The bathroom that the three big guys came in on me was maybe 4'x6'. It was in a bar that I have not been in for 35 years and the place was the only bar I went to W/O a pool table. Johnnyt

I very seldom remember my dreams, but when I do, they are sometimes kind of fragmented and don't always make sense.:smile:

This made no sense that 3 big dudes were going to beat the hell out of me and there was no pool table in the joint. Johnnyt
 
True story: I had a dream last night that I was at a big two day party. I offended "wee-man" from Jackass fame. All the guys from Jackass pulled all their pranks on me all night.

The next day I pulled "wee-man" aside (he is a midget) and told him if they picked on me again I would kick his ass.

My gf called me out saying, "you are threatening a little boy?!!!"

I replied, "He isn't a boy, he's a MAN. A wee-MAN!"

The movie "The Hustler" was just on Cinemax in HD a few days ago (DVR'd it too), you didn't by any chance happen to watch it recently have you?

Reminds me of the $100 bar hustling scene "You know what kid, I think maybe your a hustler. Lets cut out the small stuff, $100 freeze out 10 games $10 a game." "O.K. friend your on, you better not miss mister." "I don't rattle kid, but just for that I'm gonna beat you flat! Thats one! That's 5, That's 6, That's 10! Now punk, you two bit punk pay-up, that's $100 bucks, you quit'n friend?" and then the bystander chimes in "Why you're a pool shark boy, a real pool shark", "well so was he". "But your much better than he was, Theres your money BOY! There's your money boy, we always pay what we lose BOY! We got no use for pool sharks around here".

Which leads to the part where Johnnyt proceeds to get his thumb dislocated. What confuses me though, is the thumb fixin happens behind a frosted glass partition wall, not in a bathroom as Johnnyt describes. So what exactly else were you up to Johnnyt? lol...all in good fun buddy....

Hope that thumb heals up quick for you.

The Hustler will live on forever, but that broken thumb scene will leave a black eye on pool forever as well.
 
Man why can't I have cool dreams.
My last dream, I pulled out my phone to add someone's number,
and a bunch of stinkbugs were crawling all over my arm and phone.
I frantically swatted them off and then woke up.
