World Pool Masters-Live Streamed

Yeah, everyone forgets that brand new Simonis plays pretty slick.

The pockets are obviously under 4.5", you can see how large the ball is on the great camera closeups as they roll in.

Definitely NOT tighter than 4.5 inches.
The pocket in my avatar is 4.5 inches.

OP should update the scoreboard on the original thread for those who came in late.

So far:
Van Boening Vs Morra 8-6
Feijen vs Chamat 8-6

Closer to 5" than 4". I'd guess 4 5/8 but with new cloth, new balls, break from the kitchen, this is not much of a test for the best. As one poster noted, it is something like the setup at the recently China Open.

The commentator said it was close to 4". Maybe its Diamonds 4 3/4" leauge cut pockets?

Chamat lost without missing a ball. But he scratched 4 times (losing 3 games as a result) and lost another game on a bad safety.

Niels missed just once (9-ball in Game 10) and had no fouls.

Van Boening, on the other hand, won while missing 6 times and fouling twice. But Morra also missed 6 times and fouled twice.

Hmm interesting. I'm really surprised the corner ball has been going in so easily then.

The wing ball went nearly every time in the SVB/Morra match, but rarely, if at all, in the Feijen/Chamat match.

I guess that shows that it's "wired" only if you hit it at a certain angle/spin/speed.

Also, the ref. was different in the 2nd match. Might he have been racking them slightly differently? Ah, 9-Ball.

Youtube tells you the amount of viewers, and it's actually shocking that only 1k people watching a free live stream of the world masters.

A guy streams online computer games gets 36k+ live viewers on a website called twitch and all he does is play online games and streams his monitor to the audience, it's rather disappointing.

And then people ask why pool doesn't have money, well here's why, something is wrong if only 1k are watching a free live stream, i just duno if its the game or the rules or what.

Arent there 100K+ league players?

To imagine not even 1% of them care to log on to watch Shane play.
