Where The Heck IS Hammerheads ?
I've only skimmed through this entire thread and I didn't see this mentioned BUT, Corey Deuel is the House Pro at Hammerheads here in Florida.
I'm told that Hammerheads holds a tournament on the first Saturday of the month on 9' tables and then holds a tournament on the second Saturday of the month on BAR TABLES.
Today is the second Saturday of the month and therefore, Corey should be playing in the BAR BOX TOURNAMENT at Hammerheads. Buddy Hall will be there and all the usual suspects as well. Someone set something up.

Well know one knows for sure who is or isn't the best... But there was loads of sets for over $5000.00 at valley forge... Rodney Morris and Chris Bartrum played for $10,000.. That was on the box.... So there is loads of action around... You just dont here about 2 champs bumping heads....

If Cory is " THE " dominating american player then why can guys like James Walden and Dave Matlock only " GET PLAYED " If Cory is the best, then give up some weight and go outrun the nutts....You know that the last two and the eight isn't much weight on the barbox.....

I don't know that anyone said he is the most dominating. He might playthe 10 guys long sets and lose 2 or 3 of them. He might go 6-4. But he might just bust them all. I am simply stating that he is the best American. Normally, that means you can beat everyone else playing even. Tiger Woods dominates the PGA Tour. That doesnt mean he has to give up strokes and still win to be considered dominate (and NO I am not comparing Corey to Tiger.). It isn't like the guy that started this thread is calling out shortstops or has beens. I think he directed this at "champions" on the bar box. I do not think giving up the nuts to James Walden and Dave Matlock would be very enticing. I do think that Corey playing Jesse Bowman on any pool table in the world would be good for his bankroll.

Well im gonna say that freakin cory is the smoothest f'n player i have ever seen! And i couldnt bet against him even if he played a philly peeno! If ever one was born to play it was cory. And i dont ever take sides except in this case. Plus he's smarter than the average boo boo bear.
