WTB Cue Shipped to Bangkok

Looking for a good playing cue between 2 and 3 hundred. no ivory. 18.5-19.oz, 12.5-12.75mm pro taper shaft. any joint type is fine, just so the hit is medium to firm, not whippy. I know thats subjective but I gotta try right?
more interested in custom cues and not production, but willing to hear all options.
Like simple 4 point cues and plain janes.
As the title states, Im looking for a seller that is willing to ship to Bangkok and preferable has international shipping experience.

just trying to support the az community instead of buying from the pool halls here. show some love
 
I may have few wood to wood joint cues as your request.

Yo Sugi glad to hear you're having fun in thailand. i bet you could get a nice schon for that price. usps shipping shouldn't be more than 35-40 bucks either.

i know a guy that's selling a plane jane BEM espiritu for 200. you want me to talk to him for you and shoot you some pics? he'll probably read this so he might just send you the pics himself

bro do us in az land a favor and snap some pics of the pool halls in thailand. nice scenery pics would be cool to i guess

I am moving out there for a few months in February. Can you tell me of any good halls with a little action in Bangkok?

I may also bring some cues with me in the $700 -1000 range. Is there much demand for cues out there?

Just FYI- you will get hit with some customs duty based on the declared value of the cue when you pick it up in Bangkok- you can avoid this by having a lower declared value on the customs form (the green label that's filled out by the shipper at the US post office- you can make it $50 or so)- of course, this means you'll be unable to take out insurance and it's a risk if the cue gets lost- it's something I generally do, though, if the cue is worth less than $500.:wink:

I'll be coming to Bangkok a week from Tuesday. I've brought stuff over for Brian in the past. I come over light and bring a lot of stuff back for a couple of my businesses, so I have plenty of room coming over.

Monto and Brian can vouch for me. Let me know if you guys need anything too. I can P.M. my address here in the States.

I can vouch for Cuaba 100% (I'll try to make it up to Bangkok while he's there and we can all get together and shoot a few racks or play in one of the weekly tourneys:wink:)- you can save a lot of baht if he brings your cue over.

I just got back from the States and am resupplied (thanks, though)- let me know how your schedule shapes up (though last minute plans are no problem as it's now low season).

How long will you be in town?

Looks like I will be late getting to BKK. I've got a foreign shipment that was supposed to arrive by now, but it is held up. There is a new Importer Security Filing Form that is supposed to be for Homeland Security. Its a nightmare to get the thing right, codes, vessels, date the stuff was purchased, packed, date of disembarkation, B/L's, etc.

I was supposed to be in Bangkok next week, but I can't leave until I get this cleared up.

I'll probably be a week or two late. I can still bring stuff over if anybody needs anything.
 
I decided against the cue I PM'd you about- I just got a 35K construction bill that needs to be taken care of first.:rolleyes:
