I always thought the new break rules and difficult layouts would suit him, since he is one of the best tactical players in the game. But if you watch him play nowadays you get the feeling he doesn't take it as serious as he used to and lacks focus.

They shut down their retail distribution channels and eliminated most of the customization options from the website for their stock cues.
What I had heard was they were scaling back on retail to focus on more custom cues.
They still build and sell stock cues, and that is what the website is for, but they are pretty much as-is. It would seem to be more for work they do as a filler than a driver of the business at this point.
So, the website might just not be a priority.

For a first time customer, or someone who was not familiar with them, I can see how the website issues can be frustrating, but if I wanted something, I wouldn’t be able to order it to spec on the website anyways, so I’d rather just email or call them.

I’m not exactly a fan but overrated isn’t fair. He won 2 world championships 5 years apart, 2 World Cups, an international open, and several runner ups in major events. Dude is a monster
