Help with opinions about O'Min, or Cueroc pool cues?

I have a "tulipwood" O'MIN cue. It may have been made in China, I really don't know. As a hobby cue maker myself, I can say that this cue is very well made. I believe it does have carbon fiber tubing in the shaft and it has a stiff hit. The wood is not actual tulipwood but is like Diamondwood, an orange colored laminate. The seam of the leather grip is just barely visible.

NAPA Pool League adds One Pocket to its format

I kind of don't like that if you make a ball on the break it's a re-rack and doesn't count and you break over. I hope that doesn't become the norm.
Since DCC started doing it, it seems re-rack pretty much is already the norm for most tournaments.

I'll see if I can find out more about it tonight, I'm playing NAPA league singles. I'd guess one pocket would also be singles; wonder if they'll handicap by ball count or games. In 8/9 ball there are some 9-2 races - that won't work for one pocket.
