Foul?

What I can see: CB hit rail before 1 or 6
What I cannot see: CB hits 1 or 6 first.
In both cases (a CB hits 1 first, b CB hits 6 first) 6 heads down table as video shows.
In both cases; 1 can go in corner pocket as video show.

Under the new rules where you need definite evidence of foul--call should go to Efren.
On YouTube, you can make the video single step a frame at a time. Pause the video around the important time. The > key steps forward one frame and the < key steps back one frame. I think looking at it one frame at a time makes it very, very clear that the 1 ball is hit before the 6 ball.

New Room in San Francisco's Mission district called 'The Hall'

I just got home from the third and final night of the SVB challenge matches. He had the break dialed in, and he was winning all the lags, so.... While I was watching, I think one guy got to 3 in the race to 4.

It's a very nice room, but is set up more for a club vibe than an old-style pool hall. There was booth seating on a balcony that looked down on the challenge table.

I hope they figure out how to do coffee.

Introducing the new Bitman rack 😳

Shocker, but China already copied them.

New Room in San Francisco's Mission district called 'The Hall'

Was not that many gold crowns and was located in Concord, CA not SF. And what do you mean private rooms, given all the tables were in one big room? Plus this one was well established in the mid to late 80s. The Great Entertainer is still open today in San Mateo, CA.
That's not the room he's talking about. One of the Great Entertainer chain of pool halls was in downtown San Francisco (a few blocks from 5th and Mission, but I don't remember exactly where). It had at least two private rooms, with one or two tables in each room. It was not far from the SF Chalkers. I remember a snooker championship being held there.

Who Selling These Books On Ebay???

He has been selling pool and billiard books for a long time. I guess he is getting out of the business.
Only $100 per book, what a steal
The most valuable book I see there is Eddie Robin's book on position play. It would help to have a complete list of title/author/year/features.

Collections are a little strange for valuation. If you look at the average price for each book if you bought them singly, and add those up, you're going to be under the total asking price. Are you willing to pay for the time it took for the seller to assemble the books? That's how long it would take you to get a similar collection together. The contrary way to look at is that the buyer should be getting a quantity discount.
