Meucci still with the bad customer service

Since the super billiards expo was just a little over 4 months ago, and he ordered it since then- someone is lying.
They do state on their site that there is a 10 week lead time.
Sorry got the date wrong. 4 months. Bad math in my head lol either way I can see your a fan boy making excuses. It’s a shaft they have sitting in stock . They had a ton of them at the expo. If you read the other replys here you see it’s not a one time incident. They have always been a trash company and always will be . The cues they sent out in the late 80s with inlays falling out.. warped.. glue running down them was disgusting and shows you who bob and his company really are. And don’t tell me that didn’t happen. I was in the pool hall when the owner got the shipments more then once and 3/4 of the cues had to be sent back because they were trash.

Soften Leather

What's the best way to take the tacky shine off of a leather wrap to make it softer and less sticky? Not sure if there's any substance on the leather (it's relatively new) that's making it tacky. Kind of assuming it's just how shiny/burnished it is. Would like it to be a little softer and not get annoying in the humidity.

Thanks.

The real solution is to choose a new wrap you like and have it installed. There’s no telling what your wrap is made of or coated with. All leathers have a “temper” or degree of soft/ hard-firm. Leather conditioners won’t alter that. If the leather has a coating, the conditioner will not penetrate anyway. I hope this information is helpful.

Ranking top WNT players by group - a subjective list

Nice work as usual. Thought I read Quoc Hoang Duong was a late starter to the game, maybe in his 20s? Makes me think his ceiling his higher than the other 30somethings.
Correct. According to Wikipedia, he started playing pool seriously at around 25. He was 30 when he won his first national title in 2017. From 2018–2019, he started playing around Asia, then Europe and the US in the 2020s. His pro career is just ~9 years old, his international career is probably 6 years old...

He probably makes more money from his pool room, equipment sales, and sponsors in Vietnam than from playing tournaments (ROI for pool tournament is a bearish meme coin chart 99% of the time - according to K. Kaci LMAO). He is probably just looking for his first major title badly.

I'm rooting for this guy (and Naoyuki Oi). Most humble, nicest guy in the sport.

Broken Eddie Laube shaft. Worth repairing?

So. Someone accidently got my friends Eddie Laube Jr. cue out of it's case, and it ended up in the hands of my 6 year old grandson - who instantly snapped the top shaft in the boards under the pool table (I assume trying to hang from it). We are so sick!

My question, is it worth getting the shaft repaired? It's a clean brake with no splinters.

Or are we better off to try and sell it as is?
