Stretch Index for other Cloths!

I found similar results from CPBA on the Valleys my league team uses. I don't believe the 'subtract 3/4"' is always correct. With a really stretchy cloth it should likely be higher, with a stiff cloth like this, smaller. Better to use a percentage of the maximum stretch. With 860HR on that same size table the maximum stretch I measured was very close to the normal 2.25". Less 0.75" put the index at 1.5", and that's the right number for that cloth. 0.75" is 1/3 of 2.25". 1.25" max stretch you saw would then give 1.25 - 0.40 = .85", or about 7/8". I'm betting someone will point out how I'm wrong, but that number seemed to work great on the CPBA I installed (tournament blue).
