Yeah that’s whats great about joe though. He doesn’t have a problem changing his mind when he gets information and realized he was wrong.

The pool hall I used to hang out at had the owner (then his son) there all the time, practically.
These days almost no one sells their commercial real estate properties, at least not where I live. It’s lease, lease, lease.
Finding the best lease agreement one can is a very important key.
