If you you are an elite player on a historically terrible team you shouldn't be punished for that as an individual financially! The main issues are overall team chemistry and how the bottom 2 - 3 players perform, this type of format could remedy half of those issues in 2 - 3 years. Europe would still be a favorite but only on a team basis, not individual.
