There's no such thing as just near or far with basic cataract lenses. They come in many, many correction powers. There is where the rub lies. My doc screwed up and used the wrong power by quite a bit. After the first eye I questioned them and put off the second eye for a week. I asked if they could re check before doing it. They said no , but they would give me a deal on PRK after wards. I swear they corrected me off just to make more money later.
A couple yrs later my wife needed cataracts and I told our eye doctor we wouldn't go to the person that I did because he was a hack. He was a little upset with that but referred her to this other guy. Her experience was fantastic.

The Bergman experiment is off to a very tough start. After a tied for 17th place finish at Vice City, the prep event to the Florida Open, he only reached the last 64 at the Florida Open and the last 128 at the Arizona Open. He has looked elite in just one match played to this point, and that was the win over Vogel at the Florida Open.

It's hard to imagine why he'd even be under consideration for Team USA at this point. All the evidence to this point suggests that he is an inconsistent ball pocketer on very tight equipment.

Still, I'm keeping an open mind, for the Phoenix Open and US Open 9ball remain as proving grounds for Justin. I am rooting hard for Justin to turn this around, but only the most delusional will get excited by what he has shown in WNT 9ball play to this point.

I got distance lenses installed, my far vision is now 20/20. The lenses definitely helped intermediate distance also, from about 3 feet out. My near vision I need glasses to read.

My wife is getting J and J PureSee lenses. We’ll see how that works at $2500 per eye.

I'm at 20/20 on the standard wall vision test.

I'm good from about two to three feet out -- I need readers though for anything up close.
