How are the U.S. 3C org. doing Today????

Just read an old 2018 article on Korea Billiard

Excerpt....
Each year, 30 billiard competitions open nationwide. The federation sends 80 percent of their players to carom competitions, 18 percent go to snooker competitions and the remaining two percent compete in pool competitions.

Korea is somewhat out of step with international trends, as pool is the most popular billiard sport globally, followed by snooker and carom. According to the Korea Billiards Federation, pool, which is more popular among women, should receive more support.

How are the U.S. 3C org. doing Today????

While vastly different games I think the knowledge of 3c is an advantage for a pool player especially in their early and mid- level stage.
The cue ball is the game and 3c will teach a player everything and anything there is to understand it’s movement with confidence.
I think it helps for quicker decision making and less confusion.

Other advantages I see.
Of course all the angles and how to strike the cue ball to get in the position track.

Pattern play because you see the options and tracks more easily.

Safety play recognition and execution.
Recognizing 1,2,3,or 4 options quickly is an advantage and I think a 3c player see the choices easily.

The execution of sending the cue ball and object ball in different directions and distance with speed, spin, and thickness of the hit is more understood when you’ve hit that thickness 1000 times on a 3c table.

I’m on a boat in the ocean waiting for the tide to change and bored, just rambling.
The 'Carom & 3C' game He started with is what made Efren the Best player of His time at Pool!
