nambaruani: You can buy the Cyclone rubber grips in the links that were part of that forum link I responded to you with -- just browse that forum link, and you'll see the links to the vendors that sell them. One caution though; the Cyclone rubber grips are TEXTURED -- so you will have to turn them inside-out before installing them on your cue, so that the smooth/untextured inside is now the "outside" area that you grip onto. Yea, I fractured my leg and dislocated my ankle at Mike Crum's (and Oliver B.'s) skatepark "Overground Skatepark" in Dallas. So no more sk8boarding, for now. Yea, Austin's quite a place (especially 6th st, hello!). Haven't been there, but I look forward to it. More school, more billiards to look forward to. There was mention of another shaft being made for it, but not included in the sale. I'm considering putting the cue up for sale and would like to know as much as possible about it. It is also possible that if I knew more about it, I might want to hang onto it. The cue is signed and dated on the butt, and signed on the shaft. Both signatures are "Tim Scruggs" in either ink pen or pencil, not marker.
I believe the date is 2009. I'm also curious about the "other" shaft.
