thanks for all your posts and being my friend on here, i really mean that, look below 13 months, and i enjoy your posts, i REP'ed you my thoughts on the streaming thing. I think thts a great thread, $$$ is a issue as well. Camera angle comes with experience-you dont want the table to look like a trapiziode but directly overhead is no good either, there is a sweet spot, Sometimes in pool rooms there just isnt space to set up the best possible way either, I have seen TAR in 6 or 7 venues and they have been cramed in a corner, or have the perfect set up at hardtimes. I just wish the audiences were bigger, if 1000 people are watching thats 20 people/state that's pretty depressing considering there are 300,000,000+ in America alone.

i ask to be friends, I'm in Munchen right now, I was in Koln last week, I live in America for now but that might change very soon, I really love Germany and have lots of friends here, some I met online others I met here in Munchen. I spent 6 months here getting back operations over a 24 month period of time. Perhaps we shall meet sometime,

kindest regards

Eric :)
good luck finding a carom cue, I got lucky here on AZ, I bought a old Schuler for $140-its at least 30 years old, lazer straight, perfect. Drawman623 sold it to me, he might have more or a line on them. Mine isnt much to look at but for $140 it was like it was free, the quality of the shaft alone is worth over $200. Let him know Fatboy sent you, drop him a message like I did you, on his page and he might be able to come up with something. He is 100% trustworthy, i will stand for him any time.

Happy New year,

Best
Eric:)
good to meet you,

Eric Petersen

Vegas/La most of the time, right now Munchen Germany freezing(i'm not used to being cold) LOL :)
Hi Mike ,
I just sent pm on my Friends cues ....I am having trouble with the reflection of light !!! for clarity ...The cues are high 90% condition ! The b/jump breaks great ...My friend is having another cue built . Both cues are (Dale) Teague custom cues
Hey buddy if you want to sell a $3k cue and you joined like 3 minutes ago and have 1 post, you might want to give out a phone number, provide some history on the cue, maybe an eBay account that can be tied to you with some positive feedback you know? Something...
I wrote you an email while I was talking on the phone and I foolishly assumed you were in the US. I was not paying attention. Sorry about that. I have no problems shipping to you immediately.
The easiest way is for both of us to send our cues at the same time. No trust issues whatsoever on my end. The cue is cleaned and conditioned, ready to ship. Please send me your exact mailing address and I will air mail the cue to you tomorrow. I will send you a tracking number and if you visit usps.com or canadapost.ca you will be able to follow you cue's journey every step of the way to your address. Just mark the item used when you send it. I do not expect you to fedex it, use the most cost effective method of air mailing your cue and I will do the same.
My address is
Rob Cochrane
307-260 Talbot Avenue
Winnipeg, MB, Canada
R2L 0P8
If you get a tracking number, just send it to me at robcochranemail@yahoo.ca .If not that is alright to.
All the best Tom and Happy New Year.
Yes Rod , I'm Country Calvin's younger brother, didn't you beat him one time in our home town of Warren, Arkansas, in 1973 or 74/ the guy had Califorina tags, I was real young then.

take care,
David Harcrow
Hey Rod, you are right I was just lucky, but my buddy happen to know you, so we strolled the owner along, he was really the guy trying to get into our wallet, it cost him some small change, but using you to get there, and YES I'm Calvin's younger brother!,in 1979 I was 20 yrs. and Calvin was 30yrs., it may have been the Mercedes Benz!, hehe, take care , David:smile:
Hi David, You were just lucky; "still counts" said Mickey Rourke in "Bar Fly." Something is wrong though (time or year) because I traded the 1970 purple Cadillac Eldorado in 1976 and had a 1975 Gold Mercedes Benz in 1979. My personal site (http://konnections.net/rodcurry/index.htm) is where I documented some of my accolades from memory. My ex road partner Omaha John once said, "You know when you bet on something but aren't betting real money." I said, "Yes, what happened?" He said, "I blew my mind." Are you related to Country Calvin? Or are you he? I remember, for $50 the latter set up a proposition shot where the object ball was on the rail next to a corner pocket and we had to double-kiss the object ball diagonally the length of the table into the other corner pocket. A difficult shot but I came out on top and now wish I took the initiative more often regarding proposition shots. If I didn't stay in action, I would look for it elsewhere. Thanks, Rod
Hey Surfer, I remember one time in 1979 you came thru Longview ,Tx. and stoped by a poolroom called the "Last Stop" on Hwy. 80, well a friend of mine played you four games of 8-ball, you laid down so you could get a chance to play me, later on, but my bud found your cadillac in the back and figured out it was YOU, hehe....the owner lost the money you lost, so it was all good, we never played,.......... I admire you, and your game!

thanks for the Christmas message, its great not being in Vegas/LA but man its cold here in Germany, I love it here, The only thing is they cant play bank pool-lol. Otherwise its great the people at the pool room's are first class people, I have made a few new friends. Its much different than America in the pool rooms, no action to speak of, but the people are nice they arnt working a angle to make a move on you etc. Saw one $ cue here, I damn near brought mine and didnt(I f*cked up there), WTF I was thinking I dont know I had it out etc.

Kelly got the flu real real bad on the 23rd so Christmas really didnt happen, but she is better now thats the main thing.

my very best to you and thx again for the massage,
ep
